Yesterday, my wife and I officially ended our house search and have begun that laborious process of negotiation and settlement. I can see why people feel so much stress. Any little thing can muck things up and "NO SALE!" We're keeping our fingers crossed.

Today, I sat for my Series 7 exam and pulled out with a 92! My firm expects employees to pass on the first try and it was a real heart pounder waiting the 10 seconds for the score to come up on the screen.
I have to wait for the results to be sent to the NYSE, NASD, and my firm. So until then, I'm Official...I think.
